About the Opportunity
As a Project Coordinator in our Data Centre team, you'll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of diverse and complex tasks. Under the guidance of a Project Manager and Business Line Manager, you'll direct, organise, and control all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Attend meetings to help define project requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Project Planning: Assist the PM in drafting proposals, RFPs, tenders, budgets, cash flows, and schedules.
- Scheduling: Prepare and manage project schedule charts.
- Quality Tracking: Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by installation staff.
- Project Monitoring: Use tools to track work hours, invoicing, and expenditure.
- Communication: Relay project information accurately to clients and the installation team.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients’ needs are met promptly and cost-effectively.
- Procurement: Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Team Coordination: Attend site meetings and distribute minutes to the team.
- Status Updates: Keep the PM and team informed about project status and any issues.
About You
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- Superior time management and organizational abilities.
- High-level customer service experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and resolve issues promptly.
- Experience working in the Data Centre industry preferred but not essential.
