The Role
Our respected client is seeking a Project coordinator with a strong technical background to assess business needs and find solutions in this area.
You will support the project manager with project administration, coordination, tracking reporting, minuting and developing project management deliverables.
Additionally, you'll prepare and review project details and business cases, and you'll be responsible for effective communication with stakeholders and evaluating project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the cybersecurity team to integrate security measures into project planning and execution.
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members are prepared for changes introduced by projects.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to integrate security measures into project planning and execution.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans and training sessions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
- 6-8 years of proven experience in project management
- Demonstrated proficiency in change management, showcasing successful implementation of changes within a cybersecurity framework.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, processes, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
