An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinatorto join the Blue Water Shipping team in our Melbourne office based at Essendon Fields.
Reporting to the State Manager, your focus will be across the businesses growing customer base, managing and coordinating all aspects of Supply Chain to ensure long term success and growth.

The principal objectives of this position are:
- Handling of logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
- Implementing efficient work processes on allocated projects.
- Quoting, organising, billing, documentation, operating and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated).
- Analysing schedule, quality and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assessing the performance of suppliers/subcontractors.
- Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company.
- Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health & safety targets.
- Focusing on continuously reducing Blue Water’s environmental impact on the basis of the defined environmental targets.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years International Logistics experience
- Experience in Cargo Wise & Cargo Wise reporting.
- ICS Experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Complete understanding of BWS values
- English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5
- Data compiling and processing skills through Excel
- Intermediate Word, and Outlook
- Must be able to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
