Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator, to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications Sector based in Parramatta or Melbourne Office
About the Role
The role is primarily responsible for the end to end management of work orders and the related financial administration derived from this. The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance to all financial , Stakeholder management, support in bidding process and day to day operational activities for SAED and Construction. The role requires a close working relationship with the Project Manager and Team Members to assist in driving all builds and financial targets
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Parramatta / Melbourne
Reporting Line: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Adhering to relevant contract, commercial and legislative guidelines including WHS regulations
Represent the company regionally and behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times
Engage with Multiple Stake Holders, site owners and organize Site Access
Assist project team for day-to-day build
Ensure all Site documentation is made available to Project team and Sub-Contractors
Process supplier invoices where required
Act as a point of contact for the Client Stake Holders and manage this relationship, where required
Ensure all Client and SSL Correspondences are shared with Project team and Sub contractors on a timely manner
Monitoring the daily progress of projects
Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within budget limits
Organizing daily, weekly, and Monthly reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
Ordering necessary office supplies
Assist with On-boarding New Suppliers and Monitor Compliances
Create site folders on the shared drive
Ad-hoc related duties as directed
About You
Proven project coordination and management skills
Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good customer relationship skills
Innovative and resourceful self-starter with a high level of energy and motivation
Detailed understanding of Telecommunications or related field service based industries
