Gush Global is looking for an experienced Project Coordinatorto support them with projects and installations within the display market.

About the Role

• Work with one of the key clients within Consumer Electronics 
• Client facing and manage projects from factory to installations
• Assist with end to end activation of projects, including:
  • Prepare scopes of works and planograms for installations
  • Plan schedules for production, freight and installation
  • Prepare reports
  • Support quality control and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot as required and mitigate issues as they arise via phone and email 
  • Manage all updates via Airtable
• Travel interstate for critical installations and updates, as required

About You

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Mandarin speaking candidate is advantageous 
• Experience with reporting capabilities through CRM and Microsoft 
• Customer service focused - committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels
• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with installers and customers 
• An understanding of different manufacturing materials, production timelines and quality control 
• Positive attitude to get tasks done and move forward with a smile
• Willingness to assist and support others, as required
