Our Projects Team of 40 is supported by a fully owned fleet of specialist plant and equipment. Specialist subcontractors undergo a thorough screening process to ensure that they can be engaged with confidence.
About the role…We have a dedicated Project Manager for every project backed by a Project Coordinator, to provide support every step of the way – from planning and preparing for the job, through to clearing the area once work is completed.

- Client Queries / Key Administration Support / Administration Financial Duties / Proactive & Responsive Communication / Inbound Phone Calls / Project Handover with Estimating and Project Team Duties / Project Team Meetings
You will have experience in, and a passion for excellent customer service delivery! Remaining solution focused for your Project Manager, Technicians and Clients is something you not only enjoy but excel at too. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner through excellent and effective communication and listening skills is something you are passionate about.

About your skills…- Australian Citizenship (It is a requirement that applicants MUST have to act in this role)
- Qualifications in Project Management or equivalent highly desirable
- 2+ years Project / Contract Coordination Administration experience and enjoyment in a fast paced commercial construction office focusing on Client Service
- Experience working on commercial projects
- Knowledge of construction, project administration processes, means and methods
- Job Management Systems experience (SimPro or AroFlo preferred) and high level of computer literacy in Google Suite
- Previous experience procuring subcontractors and trades and a demonstrated ability to drive and assist with all tenders including take-offs of materials, scheduling orders in accordance with key milestones and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of materials.
