The Position

Support the Project Managers with documentation and co-ordination to ensure projects can be delivered on time and budget.

Duties will include:

• Project closure and completion documentation. Pre-production and Pre-Installation documentation collation
• Liaising with clients regarding project updates, ensuring site readiness for installation, and assisting with Installation run co-ordination
• Issuing purchase orders to subcontractor.
• Monitoring site activities through efficient Project delivery techniques, excellent communication & timing, and high levels of professionalism.
• Supporting projects within the terms of the sub-contract agreement managing variations and maximizing commercial gain through excellent communication and timing.

Skills and Attributes:

·        Office Administration experience and a background or interest in engineering or another technical field.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication.

·        Ability to multi-task and work with concurrent projects, organised.

·        Professional presentation, approachable.

·        Focused on the demands of the projects.

·        Previous project coordination experience.

·        Microsoft Office skills including Excel & Project are needed.
