Role Description
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our team across the delivery of our NSW portfolio. You will be mentored by our Project Managers & Directors, and this opportunity has the potential to catapult your career ahead of your peers very quickly, leading you down a path of client side Project Management. This role would be suitable for someone with a few years of local experience as a Document Controller, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator.
Because of its nature, your written skills, attitude and attention to detail are crucial for you to succeed in this role. Located in Sydney, you’ll be responsible for:
Minute taking and report writing. Accurately recording and assigning tasks to responsible parties. Assisting with briefs, presentations, documentation and other resources for stakeholders. Coordinating documents and approvals through Project Management systems. Candidate Profile This role will suit a Junior level Document Controller, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience under their belt and a relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering. You’ll also need: Excellent written/minute-taking skills. An ability to listen, capture information, and articulate it in minutes clearly. High attention to detail. A willingness to go above and beyond for customers. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
