The Role
We are looking for an Project Coordinator preferably with experience in the retail sector / exposure working on IT projects. The role will be involved in working across multiple projects concurrently including POS realated projects. This will include: requirements gathering, leading project timelines / outcomes, IT procurement activities
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across different departments
- Delivering across a range of IT / business related initiatives retail focused
- Project Governance work
- Project support as required: tendering, analysis, minutes, implementation
- Project Reporting for Steering Committees including schedule, scope, risks and issues.
- Stakeholder management across the business both internal and external as well as developing strong strategic long term partnerships
Candidate Experience
- Experience in IT Project Coordinator or similar type of role
- Strong track record of delivering across multiple projects concurrently and strong passion for project delivery
- Experience in retail / POS related project setting is highly desired but not essential
