The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:

• Produce accurate and timely Reporting for insurers. 
• Costing of jobs within authority limits 
• Coordinate jobs from start to finish.
• Manage to tight deadlines and insurance KPI's.
• Build on existing and grow new relationships.
• Assist with tracking costs on larger projects with the Project Manager to achieve the returns required.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivables. 
• Assist with general administration,
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s procedures and objectives. 

The right person will have an enthusiastic, people focused and process driven approach with the following demonstrated skills:

• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Strong competency in all Microsoft Office applications and web/cloud-based systems and portals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
• Strong attention to detail while managing high volume
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Be highly motivated to achieve good results.
• Exposure to the building or restoration sectors preferred but not essential.
