Project Coordinator

Boongalla Group are a leading restoration / building maintenance company based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, looking to add an experienced full time Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing business.

As the successful applicant, you will help coordinate a portfolio of projects, seeing them through from resourcing, through implementation and review. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and fostering excellent client relationships
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and reports for seamless implementation across multiple projects
• Creation of site packs, including all OH&S documentation
• Diary management and scheduling of internal technicians to attend jobs
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors across multiple worksites
• Ensure adherence to Contract requirements and scope as needed
• Produce handover manuals on completion of projects
• Management of accurate and timely data entry for all works in our CRM system
• Provide administrational support as needed

• Relevant qualifications in Project Management or relevant work experience managing site jobs
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with experience liaising across multiple organisational levels and a diverse range of backgrounds
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills (including the ability to manage changing and competing priorities)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to problem-solve within a team environment  
• IT literate, with strong MS Suite skills and confidence maintaining a detailed CRM
• Desirable – experience within the building industry or a restoration business
• Current driver’s license.
