Project Coordinator - Multiple Roles - 12 Month Contacts

• ERP project experience highly desired (HR & Finance focus)
• 3 days per week in office
• Attractive daily rate 

A large end user is looking to bring on 2 Project Coordinators for 12 month contracts with ERP project experience (HR & Finance module focus). Based in the Hunter Region, these roles require office attendance 3 days per week. The projects are in their infancy so the client is looking to bring candidates on who have been through the end to end project lifecycle. 

Key Responsbilities

• Provide a range of project support services, including coordinating, implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time and on budget.
• Coordinating project resources, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements, to successfully deliver all key project/s milestones and outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain briefs and reports and other project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
• Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information.
• Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues.
• Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.

Essential Requirements

• Strong people skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, specific experience working with HR & Finance modules
