The Client & Role:
We’re currently looking for a charitable organisation based in the eastern suburbs. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the organisation on a retail related initiative for an initial 6-month contract term. Your role will involve coordinating activities, managing schedules, and maintaining project documentation to help deliver results that make a real impact within the community.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor project expenses.
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Support the project manager with administrative tasks and project tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.
Required Skills & Specialisms:
Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for community service and social impact projects.
A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience in retail or non-profit sector projects is highly advantageous.
