My client is a top notch state government organisation. They are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator!
Your new role
This position will work in the Application Governance and SSO Project. This resource will be part of the Tech & Service Improvement (TSI) Stream but will work closely with the collaboration migration stream.
Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery and coordination of an inventory of applications to be assessed to transition to a standards environment.
- Engage with school stakeholders to validate key information about an application and functional usage.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders at key associated with the assessment and approval process.
- Track the progress of each application and ensure follow-ups and escalation.
- Proactively identify ongoing improvement across the program.
- Report project risks to appropriate management channels, escalate and manage issues
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid experience working as Project Coordinator, preferably in the government space
- Experience working in migration project is an advantage
- Engaging, can-do positive attitude
- Excellent customer experience
- Organized: task management,
- Follow-up and tracking/ reporting
- Enjoy working in a team - foster collaboration.
- Written and oral communication skills
