About the role

We are looking for an experiencedProject Engineers to join our high calibre team based here in Brisbane. Initially, you will work closely with our Brisbane estimating team providing engineering and technical support on several unique and exciting infrastructure tenders. With the successful completion of the tender phase, you will then transition onsite working with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes. Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will:

• Demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Provide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably 4+ years’ experience on infrastructure projects
• Passionate about excellent health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
• Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
• Previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
