Our client is a leading engineering contractor who has been specialising for over 25 years in a comprehensive and unique range of ground engineering solutions including ground anchoring, slope stabilisation, shotcrete, architectural shotcrete, retention & foundation piling, specialist civils contracting and ground improvement.
Our client has an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team and work alongside their Project Managers. The successful candidate will have experience in - Ground anchoring, Ground Improvement, Shotcrete, and Foundation piling.
The Role
You’ll be reporting into the State Manager and will be working closely with a team of Project Managers across some of Australia’s most well-known and iconic Government Funded Major Infrastructure projects and Commercial Construction projects. Projects located across the entire QLD State from Gold Coast to Northern QLD, with at least 50% of the work being in the Greater Brisbane area.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 3 + years experience as a Site / Project Engineer working on similar scopes - Ground anchoring, Ground Improvement, Shotcrete, and Foundation piling
- Excellent communication skills - with internal and external people
- Full Drivers License
- White Card
- Full Australian working rights - No sponsorship available
