pitt&sherry is an Australian-owned engineering and environmental consultancy. Since 1963, we have been delivering engineering and environmental consulting, advisory and Project Management services throughout Australia and abroad. With seven offices throughout Australia our team work on projects that transform and improve the lives of ordinary Australians every day. This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
The Opportunity:
- Join during an exciting time of our transformation journey as we continue to build out and develop our ERP System, upgrading workflows, reporting and utilising AI tools.
- Support Project Managers throughout the Project Lifecycle with project set-ups, invoicing, reporting and close outs in our ERP system
- As ERP super user assist Project Managers in all aspects of Project Finance and uphold data integrity
- Provide training to team members in the use of ERP
- Assist in documenting and communicating operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Finance Team and troubleshoot adhoc queries
- Have variety in your day by working across multiple projects
What you bring:
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can take ownership of tasks, prioritise and work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working autonomously whilst still being part of a national team.
Some of your experience will include:
- 2+ years’ experience in project finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient MS Excel knowledge + MS Office suite
- Previous ERP system experience highly regarded
- You have an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving and coming up with process improvement and efficiencies.
