SalaryIn partnership with Six Degrees, my client is a successful high-rise specialist builder with a long history of producing high quality work and outstanding employees. As a result of their continued success, this builder is looking to employ a proven and experienced Project Manager to join their ambitious, growing team to assist with the delivery of a new high-rise development valued at approximately $50m.
Your Position
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Project Manager on a multi story projects valued above $30m+ OR extensive experience as a Senior CA on similar projects. You will be responsible for the coordination of a large site team and be able to push the project to achieve timely milestones. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills as the relationship between their clients and their trade base is extremely important to them.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Must have recent experience as a Project Manager OR a Senior CA delivering on commercial and high-density residential projects over $30 million
- Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and trades alike
- Experience in writing reports, monthly and ongoing
- Excellent financial acumen (reporting and forecasting)
- Track record of delivery of $30m projects from design phase to completion
- D&C experience
