Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple web development projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and methodologies.
- Utilize Jira to effectively plan, track, and execute project tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate strong client engagement skills, serving as the primary point of contact and effectively managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, taking necessary actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Ability to re-scope projects as needed to meet tight delivery deadlines, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a web development environment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications are a plus.
