AddressA dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager is needed for an interesting, piece of work around their Price, Promotions and Discounts, they use TPO and TPM (trade promotion management and trade promotion optimisation) to manage this. This is a 6-month initial contract, based in Melbourne with a flexible mix of WFH and in the office.
About the role
The focus of this role is to manage revenue growth, currently they use different applications across the board. All of these applications are at different stages of effectiveness.
Long Term Vision - standardisation of these Revenue Tools across all divisions, so this project is to select a TPO tool to manage promotions across all divisions.
Duties
- Assess how they operate their TPO and TPM processes now and use Demantra to manage it (AS IS) and research and discover another TPO tool to select
- Need to assess the tools capabilities in relation to their needs
- Assess how relevant the tool is to their needs
- Manage project schedule, scope, resources and costs
- Work with the Business Leads, SMEs and vendor to capture the business and functional requirements, prepare documentation for the execution of changes, walkthroughs, development, training, testing, hypercare & support handover
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the delivery of services as per contract
- Ensure that project management deliverables and SDLC artefacts are of required quality and content, conform to standards and are delivered within the change control process
Skills & experience
- Minimum 8-10 years end to end project management experience
- Has been involved in the RFP process
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in end to end delivery, including budgets
- Experience of working in a busy environment, and can move at a fast pace
- Experience in a Retail or FMCG environment would be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Exposure to TPO or TPM or similar project experience would be beneficial
