An opportunity has presented for a Project Manager to join our team.
Applied Group has successfully evolved through strategic planning to become a business that now employs over 50 full time staff servicing Melbourne Metro and Victoria’s Regional towns.
The business consists of Three well established divisions:
- Civil
- Plumbing and Asset Maintenance
- Electrical
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, controlling and organising project activities to ensure projects are completed successfully, safely, on time and within budgets.
The Project Manager is to liaise with client and their stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships, develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.
You will be required to directly Manage and oversee project implementation and the resolution of any challenges to a high standard to achieve the desired outcomes, including:
- Monitor and conduct regular evaluations to ensure projects are on target.
- Build solid working relationships with Clients
- Provide strong leadership to their crews.
The Project Manager will resource projects adequately and delegate tasks accordingly, whilst driving a culture of engagement, collaboration and adhering to and promoting safe work practices
This position reports to the Head of Civil Construction - Projects.
Experience in the Civil Construction industry will be highly regarded
