A leading development and construction company who is currently going through a strong growth phase, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead key commercial projects ranging from $30 million to $100 million based in the CBD of South Australia.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from initial design consultation through to handover. This role demands exceptional client and stakeholder relationship management skills, high attention to detail to uphold quality construction standards, and strong organisational, budget management, and logistics management abilities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution and timely delivery of projects within specified timeframes and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and oversee the construction of commercial projects from initial design consultation to handover.
- Develop project briefs, manage project budgets, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth project delivery within timeframes and cost constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Lead procurement and subcontractor engagement efforts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate design activities, engage consultants, and obtain necessary permits for project success.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Commerce, or Architecture.
- Proven successful experience Project Managing multi-story commercial builds.
- Relevant industry certifications, including a White Card/Construction Induction Card.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and using online collaborative workspaces.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget constraints and deliver projects on time and within scope.
