The Role
We are looking to expand our team with a proven performer to fill the role of Project Manager. As a valuable member of our high performing team, you will apply your project management experience, to ensure effective leadership is applied to our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects to maximise our Defence and civilian customers value from our products and services
- Ownership of all aspects of assigned projects including schedules, budget management, procurement, risk management and issues management
- Control of project schedules, budgets, and quality standards so that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Establishing, managing, and reporting on project progress, budgets, earned value metrics and variances
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
- Maintaining the project management toolset
- Embedding project management principles and processes across the company
- Working with our ERP System – M1
About You

Any technical knowledge e.g. understanding engineering drawings and tolerances, mechanical knowledge etc. will be looked upon favourably.
What you need:
- Diploma in Engineering is desirable but not essential.
- Able to demonstrate high proficiency in communication, including written reports and documentation for stakeholders and communicating ideas to team members
- Demonstrated ability to apply analysis techniques to complex challenges
- Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to solve challenges
- Defence industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Hold or be eligible to hold an Australian Security Clearance
