The Project Manager role underpins the sustainability and growth of EML by supporting, implementing small to medium business change, and proactively managing projects and initiatives including continuous improvement of operational processes and development of the business model to ensure adaptability to changing environment.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home, post training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with leaders and senior leaders within the business to support the improvement of process enhancement, business change or the delivery of core contractual requirements.
- Development of project plans for the approval of internal stakeholders
- Project management planning activities related to the operational needs of the business.
- Maintaining the schedule and quality of small to medium scale project deliverables and ensuring they run on time and meet internal customer requirements.
- Managing project phases including investigation, analysis, development, project management, testing, implementation, and post implementation
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all customers by displaying our values and behaviours
- Ensure appropriate attention, management and prevention of risk and governance as it relates to projects. Identifying, reporting, and discussing any emerging risks with the manager
- Ensure strategic alignment of EML's objectives and adequacy of controls, systems, processes, and reporting capability to support the organisation's growth and efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Management role within workers compensation or similar industry, working within in a fast-paced business environment.
- Qualification aligned to Project Management would be advantageous.
- Background in project management and risk and compliance alongside implementing change.
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Please note this is not an IT focused project management role.
