Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Managerto join our team who will lead strategic project management with an emphasis on business analysis, risk mitigation, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Align and set clear objectives and goals for the project in alignment with our strategic vision.
• Champion opportunities for business enhancement through process insights.
• Provide data to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
• Uphold best practices in Project Management to ensure deliverables meet our expectations.
• Monitor and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.
• Lead people-centric change management initiatives, prepping teams for transitions and tackling resistance.
• Engage meaningfully with stakeholders at every level and manage effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify training needs and design relevant programs to bolster transformation efforts.

Who are you:

• Qualified in Project Management or possess equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Agile Project Methodology and Lean 6 Sigma or have similar experience.
• Ability to simplify intricate scenarios into easily digestible information.
• Vast experience in Project Management across diverse industries.
• Proven capability to maintain client relationships ensuring collaborative project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on organisational respect.
