Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager / Coordinator to join our Middle East, Asia & Pacific (MEAPAC) Talent & Culture Team.
This role is responsible for providing support to the Vice President – Organisational Effectiveness and Strategy, MEA PAC and the broader T&C team on strategic projects that align to our ambition of becoming a world-class provider of services and support for our Team Members and Hotels.
Initially commencing on a full time 6-month contract, this role will act as the project lead for our administration and process workstreams, supporting the project by setting deadlines, coordinating resources and stakeholders, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the overall program of change whilst producing consistent documentation and templates to support the growth of the MEAPAC region.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities.
· Coordinate and collate policy, procedure, documentation and templates as it pertains to Talent & Culture across our region to establish best practice.
· Creation of consistent forms, templates and branding to ensure one harmonised way of working.
· Drive the digitisation process of forms in collaboration with IT / OneHR team to support optimised processes across the 3 hubs;
· Document and map the processes as it pertains to Talent & Culture across the 3 hubs with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline or optimise as required;
· In collaboration with the Digital T&C solutions team, support the roll out of a SharePoint site including the creation of documentation, training material or content as required;
· Prepare presentations for T&C leadership team to support projects;
· Develop project plans and regularly updates and maintaining timelines
Qualifications
· Ability to work flexibly to suit various time zones including Paris, Dubai and Singapore;
· Tertiary education, preferably in commerce, business or similar;
· Previous experience in a process driven environment, with exposure to continuous improvement practices;
· Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to problem solving;
· Familiar with Hospitality landscape and practices;
· Previous experience or appetite to learn Project Management methodology, experience with Microsoft Project or Asana advantageous;
· Highly competent in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint.
