Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the role out of a facilities works upgrade in Nedlands

A major government health department based in Nedlands, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in rolling out a facilities works upgrade. Initially, this role will be offered on a 6-month temporary contract, working full-time hours and paying a competitive hourly rate.
Your new role
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing key projects within facilities works, ensuring budget and timelines are being met
- Managing the project management cycle from initiation and planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, implementation and delivery
- Prepare high quality reports, briefings and correspondence for senior staff and key internal and external meetings
- Provide strategic advice to various internal and external committees, project leaders and project teams
- Undertake development and planning activities, considering the department's policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:
- Previous project management experience, working on a facilities upgrade project
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to lead and support a team
- Advanced organisation skills with confidence in working towards strict timeframes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- A National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one if successful
