Our client offers a wide range of services including Construction Management, Design and Construct, Design Management and Construction Advisory Services.
Due to consistent growth and success, our client is expanding its team. You'll need to hit the ground running and lead a team to execute projects within the contractual conditions, time frames, scope & budget. Your focus will be fit out and refurbishment projects across many sectors.
You'll be joining a close-knit and high-performing team committed to delivering quality outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities include;
- Drafting project specific programs and methodologies
- Value engineering & Cost Planning
- Reviewing/approving claims and invoices
- Ensure company policies are enacted and maintained onsite
- Prepare the program and the quality, safety and management plans for your allocated projects
Skills/Experience Required
- 5+ years Project Management experience essential, previous CA/Project Engineer experience career experience desired.
- Experience with fit out and refurb Head Contractor in a similar position.
- Experience managing programs, project financials and cost reporting.
- Proven ability to deliver projects up to $20M in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
