The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager with excellent project management, communication, and technical skills to support establishment of Northern Health's new Women's Health Clinic.
Northern Health is seeking to fill a 6-month fixed-term position within the Planning team.
The Project Managerwill be responsible for managing the planning and establishment of Northern Health's new Women's Health Clinic. The successful applicant will join the NH Planning team and report to the Director, Planning.
Applicants must have proven skills and experience in project management, stakeholder engagement and management, excellent relationship building and communication skills (including writing skills) and data analysis skills. Applicants must have a thorough understanding of the Victorian health care system and those with a health discipline background will be viewed favourably.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience managing complex projects
- Strong project management skills, including very well-developed project planning, scheduling and implementation skills utilised to successfully deliver projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills including relationship development, expectation management and where necessary, influencing and negotiating to achieve desired outcomes
- Demonstrated attention to detail during all project phases including stakeholder management
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Teams, Powerpoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage under pressure, balance multiple priorities, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to identify emerging risks to project success and proven ability to appropriately respond to these issues
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, ability to think laterally, creatively and design innovative solutions
- A proven flexible, positive and collaborative working style
- Ability to be self-directed, motivated and to work as part of a team
