They have an outstanding brand and company culture, with a big reputation for their quality of work and professionalism.
Their high-profile Local Council, Builder, and Government projects are valued between $500k - $5m and they have picked up multiple awards for their work.
A multi-faceted organisation that can operate as a subcontractor and principle contractor.
THE OPPORTUNITY

With multiple project wins and many more tenders submitted, there will be some busy years ahead for this outfit.
A rare and unique opening for the right candidate to oversee multiple current and future major Canberra projects with a successful management team.
You will operate from the office, work from home once a week, and travel to manage these iconic projects as you see fit.

THE ROLE

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Program and schedule construction
• Procurement of materials and resources
• Coordinate diverse construction teams
• Oversee Site Managers
• Liaise with clients
• Report into a General Manager
• Budgeting and financial forecasting
• Recruitment of staff for your team

BACKGROUND

• 2-3 years as a Project Manager
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture (PREFERRED)
• Relevant qualification in Project Management / Civil Engineering (considered)
• A positive and up-beat attitude to work
• Drivers License
