The Opportunity
Building on our engineering consulting expertise, we have developed a reputation for the successful delivery of projects under a range of models, including as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) preferred delivery partner.
Due to further growth, we are now looking for a Perth-based Project Manager.
As our Project Manager, you will be leading a project team to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on time, and within budget according to our safety, quality, and commercial targets. We also act as a single point of contact for our clients working as an EPC Contractor, Owners’ Engineers, Project Managers, Engineering Consultant or Commissioning Manager.
Our flexibility enables us to tailor the project delivery model best suited to our client’s needs.
- You'll tap into our suite of EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) services, empowering you to craft and execute project strategies under diverse delivery models. Whether functioning as an EPC Contractor, owner’ Engineer, Project Manager, or Commissioning Manager, you'll lead projects with an agile, client-centric approach tailored to their unique requisites.
- Your role will encompass an array of capabilities from engineering solutions to procurement strategies, construction management, and commissioning.
- You'll spearhead the implementation of efficient systems and processes while mitigating risks and operational disruptions. Engaging stakeholders, you'll steer projects towards outcomes that align with the "best-for-project" vision.
- Manage project budget in line with cost control processes.
- Implement appropriate processes and systems to ensure each focus is controlled within their respective.
- Provide effective leadership and management to the team, driving strong collaboration.
- Maintain focus on client’s needs by developing effective and proactive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Who are You?
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or project management
- Extensive experience in managing multiple Contractors undertaking various scopes of work
- Minimum 10 years experience in delivering multi-disciplined resource sector projects
- Ability to influence and engage with key internal and extrenal stakeholders
- Proven delivery experience in the project resource sector within green and brownfield projects
