The role:
The Project Manager – People and Culture (P&C) will:
Provide specialist advice regarding HR issues impacting on a project, or projects, coordinated centrally for People Services.
Lead and facilitate the development and implementation of project work related to People Services functions, particularly payroll and recruitment, to support HRIS development and implementation.
Provide strategic leadership, direction and support for the implementation of strategic projects.
Details of Appointment
Fixed term, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing ASAP for a period of 12 months
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $135,408 - $144,527 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
