Role Purpose:

The Project Manager will oversee the operational effectiveness and efficient installation of refrigeration projects in the commercial space, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing site inspections, client meetings, directing install teams, subcontractors, coordinating material delivery, and maintaining our high standards of customer service and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the onsite installation of projects from initiation to completion.

- Liaise with estimators, contract administrators, and project administrators to ensure timely ordering of materials and scheduling of work.

- Ensure adherence to WHS procedures and maintain our standards of practice and quality on all jobs.

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are profitable and delivered on time

**Key Performance Indicators:

- Successful setup and management of new projects.

- Completion of projects within schedule timeframes and as per client requirements.

- Maintenance of effective communication with clients using their preferred methods.

- Adherence to Subzero procedures, WHS compliance, and ensuring no returns to site for defects or warranty claims.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management, particularly in coldrooms & refrigeration or similar fields will be looked on favourably

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.

- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
