Hays have partnered with a multi-faceted Brisbane based construction company. This company has their core values at the centre of their business. They focus on a long term approach, building strong relationships with their clients and community. At this point, they have been going through a growth period and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Construction & Building Services team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be handling a portfolio of projects across SEQ ranging from $200k - $5m. You will coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely completion of projects, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure all work is being completed within budget and to organisation standards. This role will involve travelling between sites and the office based in inner North Brisbane. These projects will involve refurbishments, renovations and extensions of Commercial and minor Residential works.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Proven experience handling multiple projects at a time
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
Reasonable computer literacy
Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
