Role Responsibilities: 

As a Project Manager overseeing projects in the Northwestern areas of Sydney, you will be entrusted with:

• Managing the delivery aspects of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Collaborating with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to craft comprehensive project plans and specifications.
• Conducting regular site visits to diligently monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identifying and proactively resolving issues or conflicts during the construction process.
• Maintaining an unwavering focus on safety, enforcing protocols, and regulations.
• Coordinating labor resources, procurement, and the seamless delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Conducting thorough project reviews and preparing detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.

Role Requirements: 

We are seeking candidates with:

• A related construction degree/qualification.
• A minimum of 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• Proven experience in the local Australian construction market, with a focus on Residential Additions & Alterations projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities within project teams.
• A profound passion for construction coupled with a high work ethic.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
