Project Manager – Commercial Builder - School Builds

• Established Tier 3 Builder
• Education, Industrial, Sports, Community Projects $5-30M
• Circa $175 – 190K + Super.

Atlas is looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a well-regarded commercial builder based in the Southeast. Due to a number of recently awarded projects, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager, capable of managing 2 – 3 projects at any given time.
This builder is very well resourced and has strong numbers & tenure across their CA & Supervisor departments. They also have a well organised management structure offering plenty of support for their PM’s.
The successful candidate will manage their own work week, one day from the office and the rest as they please be it on site or working a little from home. Their pipeline is spread across the southeast, northern suburbs & inner suburbs of Melbourne and typically range from $5-30M in value.
The ideal candidate will have competencies in.

• 2-3 years in a PM role with a reputable Tier 2 or 3 builder
• Delivering commercial / public projects in the past
• Will be capable of managing a team of CA’s & Site Managers across 2-3 projects.
• Strong commercial, Contractual & Constructability background.
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage on site and office based.
• Self-motivated and keen to drive business growth.
