We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our clients team in the Healthcare/ Pharmacy industry, on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. You will take the reins on the planning and delivery of a dispensing and inventory management solution across various pharmacy sites.
Key Deliverables:
- Support the selection of suitable technology product/s, that includes the development of business case and charters for the Dispensing and Inventory Management project.
- Project Manage the deployment of an internally built application suite across pharmacy sites
- Generate accurate reporting and project data for monthly project reporting
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure Icon Group maximizes the effective use of its project resources
- Ensure the projects operate within operational and project budgets
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in project managing technology system selection through to implementation that has significant business change impact nationally.
- Health care experience is highly desirable.
- Suitable Tertiary qualifications and recognised certifications in project management.
- Demonstratable skills in project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in build strong vendor relationships and project management of cross project teams that may operate in a matrix organisational environment
- Capability to prioritise workload and forward plan
- Exceptional communicator who presents as credible and professional within all levels of an organisation
- Confidence to take ownership of your project and lead the project team
