Seeking 2 Project Officers for a large government agency coordinating project admin for mulitple programs of work - in Lismore office 2 days per week
A large government organisation is seeking 2 Project Officers for a 3 month contract to plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks across resilience and adaptation programs. The office is based in Lismore and the candidate is required to come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks across resilience and adaptation programs
- Assist with resilience and adaptation research and analysis to inform development of delivery strategy
- Assists in development of presentations
- Collates and organises data and information from various sources.
- Develops project planning documentation including monitoring and evaluation, communications and engagement and risk management plans.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area
- 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
