- Multiple Vacancies
- Salary: $75,430 to $79,070 - ASO4 - Full Time / Term Contract up to 24 Months
- Deliver a range of effective project and administrative support to the Infrastructure Capital Projects Team.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support including the provision of some procurement and finance functions supporting consultant, contractor and equipment suppliers.
- Undertake research and analysis activities, and monitoring and reporting of key project activities to support project outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of projects, project plans and policies.
- Perform Executive Officer function for various committees and advisory groups.
- Contribute to the delivery of appropriate communication processes between Capital Projects Team members and project / program stakeholders to develop relationships that meet the needs of Infrastructure.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

- A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
