Job Description: This Kimberley or Pilbara based position develops and implements projects and services to support the equitable delivery of the Better Beginnings family literacy program in the Kimberley and Pilbara, with a particular focus on Aboriginal and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) families. This includes building capacity in public libraries and community groups, establishing new Better Beginnings program partners to expand participation, and supporting the delivery and evaluation of the program in these regions.
