Primary Objective:
Based in the Restrictive Practices Authorisation Unit, this position will be responsible for developing and documenting the directives contemplated under section 54 of the Health Care Decision Making Act 2023, in relation to when an adult with impaired capacity may be subject to practices that restrict that adult’s rights or freedom of movement.
