We are looking for a number ofProject Officers to undertake short to long term contract roles with a number of WA State government clients
- The positions are all based in and around the Perth metro area
- Mostly starting ASAP
- Paying above award rates $55 - 70 per hour depending on role/experience
- Weekly pay
- Full time hours with some flexibility again for the right candidates and depending on the role
Requirements for Project Officer roles:
- Project support or project management
- Coordinating agenda paper preparation
- Managing appointments, meeting bookings and/or events
- Working to deadlines
- Managing projects and/or supporting project delivery
- Managing document reviews by multiple reviewers
- Supporting stakeholders in a customer-focussed way
- Coordinating the work of others to ensure deadlines are met
- Effective interpersonal communication, facilitation and negotiation
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
Requirements forSenior Project Officers are:
- High-level project and PM skills, including ability to implement processes to facilitate monitoring, reporting and successful delivery.
- Well developed written communication skills; experience in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and briefing notes.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed organisational skills.
- Experience and/or competency in MS Project is essential
- Experience research and analytical skills
- Current experience in Microsoft suite of products including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, organised and motivated individual with excellent team skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Essential:
- National Police Clearance within 12 months old
- Recent experience in similar role
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- State Government experience
- White Card / Construction background for some of the roles
