SalaryOur government client is looking for Project Support Officer. We are seeking experienced D&A (Data &Analytics) professionals to help develop client in-house capabilities and supplement the workforce across a range of D&A programs of work.
Role Title: Project Support Officer.
Contract Length: 24 months + 2 months possible extension.
Security Clearance: Australian Citizen & Baseline required.
Location: ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, NT
Role Requirements:
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation and update project tracking systems.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating as necessary.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities as needed.
About you:
• Proven experience in Project Support or administrative roles, preferably in a data analytics environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suit

• Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
