Projects Team Leader

About - As the Projects Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and actively participating in the client investment property process. Your responsibilities will include tracking progress, resolving issues swiftly, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and executing them efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and building strong relationships throughout the client's investment property journey.
• Advise clients on general information about the company, provide status updates on their investment, and resolve inquiries with clarity and simplicity.
• Drive client marketing efforts by encouraging online reviews and referrals upon project completion.
• Delegate workflow and allocate resources to ensure optimal portfolio management and efficient task distribution.
• Foster teamwork by promoting cross-department alignment and ensuring a seamless end-to-end workflow for a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement a comprehensive project team administration strategy, including training plans and process improvement initiatives.

������ Administration & Processes:

• Maintain comprehensive workflow administration, including updating databases and relevant documentation.
• Uphold meticulous project documentation practices to ensure all information is captured clearly and organized.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance project delivery effectiveness.

������ Measurements of Success:

• Consistent and proactive communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied throughout their investment property journey.
• Enhanced collaboration between different teams, contributing to a positive client experience.
• Successful implementation of process improvement initiatives leading to increased efficiency and cost savings.
• Accurate and up-to-date database records reflecting timely updates and relevant documentation.
