Description of role
A rare opportunity has arisen for Property Administrator to join our Retail Projex Management Team. The position will be a Part Time position based in Yeppoon, working an 18 hour week across 3 days.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with and reporting to the centre manager on daily basis
- Coordination and collection of tenant sales turnover & commentary
- Providing administration support to the centre management team
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Coordination of Repairs and Maintenance with support of Centre Manager, including processing invoices, work orders and managing compliance
- Maintain tenant and landlord relationships
- Managing enquiries from customers, tenants, client, and contractors
- Coordination of tenant rent reviews
- Data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Assist with arrears & management
Ideal candidate
- Real estate license or certificate of registration would be beneficial
- 2 to 3 years experience within the property sector
- Financial exposure and or experience beneficial within the Property Sector, however not a requirement
- Ability to reconcile tenant accounts
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to utilise excel and reconcile accounts when necessary
- Organisational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Internal and external relationship management skills
- Knowledge of current legislation
