The Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join their property team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Undertaking routine site checks and preparation of maintenance lists
- Managing contractor visits
- General administrative support
- Issuing and managing Contractor Inductions
- Assisting with handover reporting and site inspections
- Updating & maintaining the key register
- Assisting with any incident reporting
- Building strong relationships with tenants and owners
Ideal Skills/Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer service driven
- Ability to deal with work within strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate at all levels, building effective and professional relationships with colleagues and tenants
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and key programs
- Excellent written communication skills
- Previous property & administration experience is highly desired
