The Responsibilities
As a Property Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the seamless operation of our managed properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate and organised property records
- Managing tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Collaborating with property managers and other team members
- Previous experience in property administration, real estate, or related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Have experience using Microsoft Office software
- Work on the largest premium asset in Australia with 23 high end retailers
