Responsibilities
- Managing the reception area as the Director of First Impressions
- Delivering exceptional customer service and client care
- Handling inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Offering administrative support to the sales and leasing team
- Providing administrative assistance to the property management team
- Performing data entry and maintaining system administration
- Assisting with marketing initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to stay focused on specific tasks
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently within strict deadlines
