Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking expressions of interest for a Mid-Senior Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PAE on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Subdivisions and property development (inc easements);
- Acquisitions and disposals of assets of all types of property classes, including commercial, retail, industrial, retirement villages and hotels;
- Call options;
- Leasing, including commercial and industrial leasing;
- Mortgages and loan agreements;
- Provide supervision and support to the residential conveyancing paralegals;
- Construction and body corporate experience highly favoured.
