• Work in your local area on a daily, short and long term basis
• Outstanding levels of support from staff with strong knowledge in the Social Housing sector
• Flexible hours - some clients only need short days or 'school hours'

Application MINIMUM requirements:  
 

• 6 monthsSocial Housing experience, or Property Management experience in a real estate agency and willing to learn Social Housing 
• Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV Estate Agents License
• Proficient in one or more software packages - Chintaro, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, Console and / or RP Office (Macpro) 
• Car and drivers licence
• Working rights in Australia
• Working with Children Check
• Police check with the last 6 months
• Double vaccinated

Assignments can vary from 1 day to 3 months. Other temporary assignments include:   
 

• Reception / Administration
• Leasing
• Trust Accounting
• Assistant Property Management
• Residential Property Management 
• Commercial Property Management 
• Owners Corporation
